Kópavogsvöllur is a multi-use stadium located in Kópavogur, Iceland, serving as a significant hub for Icelandic sports and community events. It is primarily used for football matches and track and field events, and is the home stadium for the Breiðablik football club. The stadium has a capacity of 3,009 spectators, with 1,709 seated, and features an artificial turf field to withstand Iceland's weather conditions. It opened on June 7, 1975, and a new stand was added in 2008-2009, making it one of the largest stadiums in Iceland. Recently, Breiðablik secured a victory in the Women's Lengjubikar football final against Víkingur at Kópavogsvöllur.
