Kaldrananeshreppur is a sparsely populated municipality located in the Westfjords region of northwest Iceland. As of 2022, it had a population of 109 people, with the village of Drangsnes being its main settlement. In March 2026, residents of Kaldrananeshreppur voted to merge with the neighboring municipality of Árneshreppur. The oddviti (chief official) of Kaldrananeshreppur has stated that this merger could improve the living standards of its residents.
